This machine is suitable for heating various materials such as alloy steel and stainless steel.

❖ Principle of Rapid Heating:

The induction coil inside the heater generates a high-frequency magnetic field,which induces eddy currents in the tool holder,producing heat.This results in rapid heating and improves the efficiency of tool changing.

❖Principle of Cooling:

The cooling process utilizes the principle of air cooling to force a reduction in temperature,allowing the tool holder to quickly return to ambient temperature.

Instructions for Use

❖ Precautions

1. No No-Load Operation:Do not operate the machine without a tool holder in the induction coil.

2. Clean Before Installation:When installing a tool,ensure that the tool holder clamping hole and the tool shank are clean to avoid affecting the accuracy of tool installation.

3. Consult Manufacturer for Non-Company Tool Holders:If heating a tool holder not from our company,consult the manufacturer.Failure to do so may result in consequences.

4. Proper Placement:Place the electromagnetic induction heating machine in a safe location and keep the surrounding area dry.

5. Voltage Check:The machine uses a 220V power supply.Ensure that the voltage is 220V when connecting the power.

6. Avoid Direct Contact:After removing a tool,do not touch it directly with your hands to avoid burns.For safety,wear heat-resistant gloves when handling tools.

7. Feedback on Difficulties:If difficulties arise in tool installation or removal after prolonged use of the tool holder,contact the manufacturer to see if the heating parameters need to be adjusted.

8. Tool Shank Diameter Requirements:The tool shank diameter for our company’s thermal expansion tool holders should be:D3 h5/D3 and above as h6.If the tool shank is not within the specified tolerance range,it may cause difficulties in tool installation and removal.

9. Avoid Contact with Coil Housing:After heating,the tool holder,tool shank,and tool are at high temperatures.When moving them,avoid contact with the induction coil housing to prevent damage from burning or deformation.

10. Stable and Clean Installation:The machine must be installed on a sturdy and flat workbench to avoid vibration and tipping.Keep the area dry and clean(the induction heating machine must be protected from moisture and dust).Do not place flammable items on the workbench and keep it away from heat sources.

11. Power Off During Maintenance:Always turn off the main power switch when cleaning,maintaining,or repairing the machine.Also,turn off the main power switch when the machine is not in use.
